I would love to see Erica Mendez!! She is extremely talented and I enjoy her work such as Emma (Promise Neverland), Retsuko (Aggretsuko) and many more! This is my first time attending Otakon too!

Not necessarily con-related, but I finally hope to meet some of you people, like from Discord n' stuff. Y'all know who you are, lol.

Name: Tyler Cosplay: Nah Arriving: I'm getting into Chicago Thursday morning, but considering where my Airbnb is, I might not be anywhere near the con until Friday.

Thanks for that input! I'm glad someone actually read and took to heart my advice. EDIT: w00t for my 1,000th post!

Wrestlers have been making more appearances at conventions between the standard comic-con bookings, Xavier Woods going to Magfest and PAX, and Kenny Omega partnering with CEO. I don't think it is outside of the realm of possibility to invite some indie wrestlers that have or are still working in Japan. In fact I think the STARDOM women's wrestlers would make for a great panel.

Copy Pasting a reply I made in the Post-2018 section because it will be more visible here: That being said, if you are a student with a tight credit limit then OP's suggestion of having an extra $200 available is good advice.

Ooooh, Ryuko Matoi? Is there a GameStop in the general area for those who need to get a copy of Kill La Kill: IF that weekend? Oh, and I have another addendum to my list: Kenji Ohtsuki. I don't think he's EVER been to the US, has he?

Everyone is entitled to mention who they want to request, people don't really need to argue for/against other people's suggestions. This is just a suggestions thread If you do not like another person's suggestion, do not need to argue or counter point on here. That would be going off topic I personally would like to meet Danny Choo =P Creator of the Smart Dolls and also one of the first Jpn focused blogs i have followed for many years =P

With all due respect Something Clever, Gaspar and Sozuke did nothing wrong. Stop acting like a "wanna-be" mod. The way you're responding to this is no less than trolling.

Why are you assuming that person is a troll? I simply informed them that it wouldn't work... No need to get the mods in here for that reason...

Conspiracy theories start because there's fishy stuff going on. Stuff that should be discussed. Not silenced.

Have you seen what Marchi has been saying on twitter? Because I never once said their personal experiences were loony as you seem to think. Or is the only thing you've seen from her, her story? Bottom line is that there have been quite a few professionals out there who have been acting less than professional in their behavior and that's pretty undeniable. Yes, I don't particularly like when a discussion board censors discussion, no crime in that.

You're right I should have just said I disagree with the way some professionals have been presenting themselves in their posts.

At this point I am pretty sure Vic probably did somethings, but I doubt he did everything he's being accused of. A lot of stuff from the Funi staff seems fishy and very suspect, especially that fake swatting crap that really derailed any credibility they had. Monica, Jamie, Sean acting loony on twitter, Samantha faking a swatting, people writing the io9 article being friends with Samantha on facebook, ANN censoring comment sections heavily, so on and so forth. To me, it certainly could be plausible that this is an agenda. It could also be completely valid. At the very minimum a lot of people involved have been acting very unprofessionally with their social media accounts.
