There will always be a certain percentage of entries that will not show up for one reason or another. The best advice I can give is be at the Hall Costume registration area bright-and-early to try and snag one of the spots.

As long as there are no natural disasters, I am expecting Anime Parliament to be back on the schedule this year. Fortunately, with the change in my staff duties, I will be able to preside over the entire event instead of having someone else guide the cases. As thankful as I was to have the assistance of my two friends in this instance, I was told they pushed cases through too quickly, and didn't allow the deliberation many of them deserved.
