2300 to 0700 is a pretty nice shift if you're don't mind the solo thing and the lack of a social life during the week. I come home every day M-F and either go to sleep till 1400 or 1600 or so, OR stay up and do al the things that can only be done during the day then get some sleep untill about 2200 when i have to get ready for work. It totally roxors!!! 8)

I don't know about that... I agree without making sure everything is up to snuff before finishing the game you're doing several groups of people several categories of injustice. For what it's worth, my experience with the BBB was more or less a "thanks for the info, we'll get around to it some day" type scenario. It's true if enough people complain about a single or several related companies the BBB will take action, but just sending 1 informative statement, sadly, usually is not worth the effort... that is unless you've bored and nothing to do then go ahead. A pessimistic look perhaps... sorry =(

Well it's like that guy with 6K posts said, it's a free enterprise system, so if someone can break/stab someone's back to make a dollar they can and will in most cases, at least in the coorperate world. It's wrong in my opinion and some things should be capped by the government, then others they should stay out of, but it's presently the opposite lol, so whatever :cry:

Hopefully people won't panic when they read all these sold out posts. It is only the days Inn that seems to be sold out completely. The other sold out posts are only Otakon rates. They still have rooms, just for a higher price. I just checked the Holiday Inn and the Radisson and both of them have bookable rooms.

I hadn't read all the most recent posts, I thought the radison still had some rooms left but people are saying that's sold out as well I got in with holiday and cancelled at Radison yesterday, odds are it was taken but maybe they just haven't updated with eachother, the national line and the hotel I mean, and there might be 2 kings opening up soon :?: hopefully... :cry:

We'll look into that, but again -- that's capitalism at work, kids. I'm sure they sold out the 50-100 rooms we had available for our members pretty quickly, and once they've gone through the cheap rooms, they know damned well that our attendees want to stay there.

I was wondering about its location, it's near the inner harbor, but is the inner harbor itself like central tokyo crammed shoulder to shoulder during the otakon or is there reasonable (considering the volume for this event) breathing and/or parking space in the several blocks surrounding any info appreciated
