Hiya! This year's Otakon is going to be my first ever convention (yay!!) and my first time to cosplay. I am at a loss for what I want to be though. I'm about 5'6 with highlited hair, green eyes, and a curvy figure. I wouldn't be able to dye my hair, but I might could come up with a wig. What characters would you suggest for a newbie with a budget of $100 or so? Thanks for your help!
