Hi, This would be my second time going to Otakon, but I'm still fairly new. I was walking around most of last year wondering where everything is. I did a cosplay last year (soul reaper), and it didnt really turn out so well, but I want to know exactly what to do, where to go, and WHAT TO KNOW! I've been to some small cons before, but nothing tops Otakon in my opinion. I was overwhelmed last year, BUT THIS YEAR I WANT TO BE PREPAIRED!
