  1. This concert made my weekend, it was my first live concert and I'm glad JAM Project didn't fail to deliver. The highlight of the night was when Kageyama and Endoh sang Cha-La-Head-Cha-La and Yuusha oh Tanjo live respectively. I also loved when they played acoustically, it was cute when Okui got flustered when she couldn't speak in English! The only part that sucked was that my friends didn't show up for the concert because they went to see Death Note... despite the fact they all agreed to go the concert ahead of time! All they could do was make up excuses so they'll never know all the awes

  3. I first heard of Otakon through Gilles Poitras' book Anime Essentials but never considered attending and shortly forgot about it's existence. In the summer of 2000, I happened to be downtown and passed by the BCC and saw somebody dressed as Vegeta standing outside and wondered what was going on. I looked through the windows seeing other people in costume then something clicked, "an event where people dressed up as anime characters for the fun of it?!" these are my kind of people! It wasn't until 2002 that I attended my first Otakon, I'll never forget that line that looped through the Charles S
  4. For me there's work, gotta get that cash for the Dealer's Room. I'm also building some Gundam models I bought last year so I can make room for the ones I'm getting this year. I've also made an AMV, and hopefully I'll catch up on some of my anime, I want to complete at least one series before the con.
