Hotel Staff: Desk person went to talk to an old man instead of taking care of us. Then a line started and he was still talking instead of working. But the room service, housekeeping and repair staff rocked!
Walk to the con center: Around 5 minutes.
The bad: The TV wasn't in HD or even digital although the TV itself was very capable of it. That meant crappy picture for The Olympics Opening Ceremony, which sucked. Also had to wait about a half hour for a cork screw on Saturday night, although that might have
