I'm really hoping for the seiyuu's from Love Live aka μ's to be a musical guest! Please oh please! Worldwide debut of the movie is in September (with DC being one of the cities) and the mobile game just passed 2 million played in February, this month is the 1 year anniversary of the English Version launch too! I would literally wait in line all day to see the show, heck I would even pay extra to see them perform if that was the case.

I loooove hearing the responses of the norm's when Otakon is in town. =]]] I'm excited for this year too. 2007, I didn't really have too much fun walking outside of the convention, especially when I was at the Barnes and Nobel during the HarryPotter book release, my boyfriend almost had to punch a couple people out for making fun of me. Like they asked for my picture with them but then when they all got up next to me they were laughing and making stupid faces, I was being nice and thought they really wanted a picture >_<. Thankfully my bf yelled at them and pulled me into the store

I agree with Yongsoo. Like when I choose my costumes I always get stuck in the situation of, "I want cosplay something that I'll be recognized for but I don't want something overdone cause I don't want to just blend in" or "I can do this hard thing, and maybe get recognized, or do this easy thing and be instantly recogized" When I first cosplayed Ouran at AnimeUSA 06, there was such a small group, and same with Katsucon07, but at least alot more people recognized me by then. But man at Otakon 07, as long as you had that blue blazer everyone basically knew who you were. While

If I go (bought my passes but debating on going/ not a good time) I'll be going as Lavi from D.Gray-man again this year. Followed by a Rave/something or other chick (dreads/skirt/fishnets/etc) They will be rotated from time to time. I still can't believe this will be my 5th year =]]] and I'll finally be able to go to the adult panel things this time (darn December B-days)

I know that staffer is really nice and funny. I don't know if you know who I am but I am the crazy chick with the "Line ends here" sign, and I have to say the line this year was better then last year. I worked both this years and last years and I rather do this years again. The only thing I didn't like was that people were complaining that they had to go down stairs two feet to get the wrist bands that only took less than 5 mins to get to be able to get into the paniel, then yell at me about it.
