Thursday morning we wake up at whatever time it takes us to hit the highway by 10 am. That's so we get into our hotel by 3 pm at the very, very latest, and have time to rest before picking up the badges and eating some Maryland Crab! Sunday we usually leave around dinner time, eat somewhere in the Inner Harbor and then head the 3 or so hours it takes to get home.

Here's my two cents: If you don't like seeing certain cosplayers, look the other way or just look past them and don't let it bother you. I've never felt like it was a big deal that there were 100s of Inu Yasha, Ichigo, and Naruto. People like it and that's cool. I remember back at my first Otakon in '04 there was an awesome Sesshomaru from Inu Yasha in the registration line in front of me. I was stoked. So when someone does a common costume really well, its still cool!

Well, I do budget myself, but I usually spend all the money I bring! After paying for hotel, gas, and parking (around $200, usually less), I like to have $500 I can blow on the dealers room, artists alley, and of couse a couple good meals! Basically, I eat at the food court you can walk to from the BCC skywalk for lunch Friday and Saturday. So that's only like $6-$7 for lunch each day. Then, for dinner we usually do two nice restaurants (Thursday night and Sunday afternoon), and one night of going out for a few drinks (usually Saturday, cause we ditch the rave). So there goes around $150

I think this would be a great panel because I got into watching anime from Toonami. I remember watching Sailor Moon, DBZ, Reboot, Ronin Warriors.... ahh the original line up! I remember being so excited when they advertised Gundam Wing! I was like a small child in a candy store! The nostalgia factor would be awesome!

I would love to see any goodies from these series (there was some selection last year, but I am hoping to find more yummies!): Kyou Kara Maou Loveless Gravitation Death Note Bleach Saiunkoku Monogatari Yami no Matsuei and of course, lots of Yaoi stuff! ^^

My group usually arrives in the late afternoon and relaxes at the hotel for awhile, ya know, to rest up from the 3 hour drive. Then we pick up our badges and go to Phillips Seafood for dinner (and drinks, it's vacation afterall!). After dinner we usually stroll around the Inner Harbor, and then watch some TV/Anime/Play games until about 10-11 p.m. and get into bed early so we are fresh and ready to head out to the con on time! Oh yeah, we also plot out what things we want to go to, so we have a tentative schedule of sorts.

>.< My first Otakon was 2004 so I missed Yoko Kanno and Hikaru Midorikawa >.<! That's sad cause I love them both. True, seeing L'arc en ciel and Seki Tomokazu was awesome! So this year I'd be so happy to see some of my favorite seiyuu (and have them do their voices)! Miki Shinichirou (Urahara "Sandal Hat" from Bleach), Seki Toshihiko (Duo from Gundam Wing), and the famous Koyasu Takehito (Zechs from Gundam Wing, Hotohori from Fushigi Yuugi).
