  1. Hello all.... I ordered two tickets and was credited with those purchases; however, when I received the envelope from Otakon, it only had one badge in it. Has this happened to anyone else? If so, what was done to get the additional badge (and in what time frame)? I e-mailed both Otakon and Growtix through their support pages last week; however, I have not heard back yet. I am concerned that there won't be enough time to get another badge sent to me before the event. Any help or insights are appreciated. Thank You.
  2. Hello all... I purchased two tickets for Otakon and I was credited with those purchases; however, when i got the envelope from Otakon in the mail, there was only one badge in the envelope. Has this happened to anyone else? If so, what was done to receive the additional badge (...and in what time frame)? I e-mailed the support staff for both Otakon and Growtix last week, but have not heard back from either. I'm concerned that there may not be enough time to sort this out and get another badge sent to me in time. Thanks in advance.
