Remember, caffine is a depresent, meaning once its run its course you feel run down. That means if you have 3 coffees or sodas back to back expect a crash later. A lot of energy drinks also depend on caffine and sugar to give you a rush and so you crash later. There are more energy drinks now that do us B-vitamans, which won't give you a crash at the end. You can also find B-12 drops, sprays, lossanges, etc. at health food stores which can give you a burst of energy. Of course with all this its still important to say you need to keep yourself hydrated and the best way to do that is water, lots of water.
