I have seen a bunch of guest requests for voice actors and such but at other conventions i have seen cosplay guests. Well known cosplayers who people request to come guest so they can get autograohs or ask questions on cosplay building related topics. Is this something Otakon does and can we request Cosplayers we want to meet as guests?
