Hello all....
I ordered two tickets and was credited with those purchases; however, when I received the envelope from Otakon, it only had one badge in it. Has this happened to anyone else? If so, what was done to get the additional badge (and in what time frame)? I e-mailed both Otakon and Growtix through their support pages last week; however, I have not heard back yet. I am concerned that there won't be enough time to get another badge sent to me before the event. Any help or insights are appreciated.
