For reasons I don't understand, my credit card isn't working for prereg. So, I borrowed the use of someone else's card. It looks like the system is set up to ONLY recognize the card holder as the person registering, not "so and so is paying for X, and X is for someone else." How do I get around this?

Well, I added you all on Steam who had an ID. Except for al gorge, which Steam told me it couldn't find. I mostly play Engy, and some Soldier, and other classes as needed by my team.
