Slow as in speed or slow as in volume? As for the latter, as social media has taken off over the years this board has become a ghost town. I can still remember the good ol days in the mid to late 00s when this place was hopping. Could be worse. Never understood why, because the old guard are the ones who post for the most part. We do appreciate having the announcements on the board. I happened upon the hotel block release notice by accident. Logged in and saw a post that said it was opening the next day. Would have missed it completely otherwise. 0 EdKitten 66 Posted August 13, 2023 Report Share Posted August 13, 2023 A little before Otakon, I gave up seeing the boards, after many times of waiting 4 minutes each, and it never loaded. A little after Otakon happened, I tried again and it worked great, saw lots of people's comments about attending Otakon, hotels, etc. But after that, the boards sometimes load right away, sometimes not.
