My Deep Discount order for Gundam Wing Anime Legends V2 finally shipped, so I've started watching it again from the beginning. It'll be nice to finally have this since I've never actually watched it all the way through.

Finishing up Zeta Gundam and Claymore, but my Full Metal Panic 2nd Raid Blu-ray collection is on its way so I'll be starting a FMP rewatch this week.

Just started in on Gakuen Alice via Netflix...seems pretty cool so far.

Right now, I'm on Negima!, Gundam 00, and Best Student Council. I'll be starting my annual Eva re-watch here soon .

I've never actually spent much money at previous Otakons...usually $100 max in the Dealer's room, mostly due to a lack of money overall. I'm in much better shape this year, but to keep things in check I'll certainly be bringing a list with me and sticking to a $100~$200 budget. I always bring all of my snack food/drinks with me from home, so that cuts down my costs for eating at the con considerably.

I just booked a room at Holiday Inn...I really appreciate how much more of a simple, streamlined process this is than in years past...not to mention better rates. I'll be going next year for three nights at the same total price that I paid this year for two nights at the Harborplace.

Does your credit card get charged right away when you make the booking? The interface isn't clear about that, and I wanted to be sure before proceeding.
